Overview
CannBeAutoma provides software used by physicians and assistants to search products, prepare prescriptions, manage patient history, schedule medication reminders, and generate clinic documents. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to our users.
Information We Collect
We may collect account information such as name, email address, role, subscription status, and authentication data. We also process prescription content, clinic template uploads, patient identifiers such as name and email when entered by authorized users, and operational metadata such as timestamps, activity counts, and system logs.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate the application, authenticate users, support prescription workflows, enable assistant collaboration, generate PDFs and calendar reminders, send transactional emails, provide billing and subscription services, improve reliability, and secure the service against abuse.
Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to deliver parts of the service, including authentication, hosting, database infrastructure, email delivery, payment processing, and AI-powered document analysis or search features. These providers process data only as needed to perform their services on our behalf.
Patient Data
Patient information is entered and managed by authorized clinic users. Clinics are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate authority to collect and use patient information in the application. CannBeAutoma does not sell patient data.
Data Retention and Security
We retain account, trial, subscription, and service data for 1 year after the trialing period or subscription ends, unless a longer retention period is required by law, needed for legitimate business, security, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes, or deletion is requested and legally permitted. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
Users may update certain profile information in the app. Clinics may request export or deletion of account data, subject to legal or operational retention requirements. You may also contact us for privacy inquiries or to request corrections.
